about our creations
The rice cereal treat is such a quintessential American confection, yet it's always in the shadow of conventional baked goods like cakes and cookies.
At Red Spatula, we've updated the cereal treat, infusing our creations with select ingredients and flavors from around the world. Our approach brings cereal treats into the spotlight, where their crispy-chewy texture, buttery aroma, and playful aesthetic can shine.
Our menu showcases the many faces of our cereal treat concept, which has attracted the likes of DailyCandy and GrubStreet in addition to a following of dessert lovers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
Order some treats today, and experience their yumminess for yourself. We're constantly coming up with more flavors; you can keep up with our latest additions on Facebook, Google+, and Twitter.

about jen
A self-proclaimed "cereal killer," Jen has a long history of showing up at potlucks and birthday parties with delicious cereal treats. Jen eats voraciously and loves to infuse her treats with flavors from her favorite culinary experiences.
In July 2012, she started offering her cereal treats for local pick-up and delivery in the San Francisco Bay Area. She named the project "Red Spatula" to commemorate a spatula she broke while mixing melted marshmallows and cereal - the starting ingredients for all of her treats.
